International Refund & Return Policy
General Policy
- Refunds are only available for items that arrive seriously damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include video evidence of the package being opened to verify the issue.
- Unreasonable refund requests will not be accepted. These include, but are not limited to:
- Minor cosmetic damage (e.g. box dents or surface scuffs)
- Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or international shipping disruptions
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase
Shipping & Returns
- If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items damaged due to improper handling or repackaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Customs & Import Duties
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during delivery.
- Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal to accept delivery.
Dispute Resolution
- We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating third-party disputes.
- Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and promptly, with respect for both the buyer's experience and the supplier's policies.
Special Cases
- For high-value or rare cards, additional verification may be required before a refund is approved.
- Limited Edition or sealed products must remain unopened and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
